Nathan Wahoski is the newest associate at Brooke Jackson Downs, having joined the firm in November 2011. Nathan and his wife were both raised in Salmon Arm and have family connections to the area.

After receiving his law degree from the University of Victoria in 2007, Nathan articled with a mid-sized Victoria law firm, completing his articles in 2008. He continued as an associate with the Victoria firm until joining Brooke Jackson Downs in 2011.

Nathan’s practice will focus on civil litigation and will include personal injury, family law and divorce, construction litigation, foreclosure, and general civil matters. Nathan has trial experience in both Provincial and Supreme Court. Nathan also has an interest in estate matters, including Wills and Estate planning, and Estate litigation.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys hockey, alpine skiing, golf, tennis and travel. Nathan also volunteers with a number of charitable organizations in Salmon Arm.
