Kathryn Vennard is the newest associate at Brooke Jackson Downs. She joined the firm in October 2007.
Born and raised in Salmon Arm, Kathryn has returned home to practice law with Brooke Jackson Downs. After graduating with her law degree from the University of Alberta in 1992, she articled and practiced for 13 years in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. During her stay in the North, she also found time to serve as the Umpire in Chief for Softball NWT, President of the North of 60 Billiards Association, and President of the NWT Branch of the Canadian Bar Association.
Kathryn’s practice will focus on solicitor’s work including wills and estates, residential and commercial real estate, and business law including incorporations, share and asset sales, and commercial loans.
